IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND PREPARATION FOR THE ISO CERTIFICATION

That is why TBF presents an offer of comprehensive consulting and tranining in the implementation of quality management system and preparing to ISO 9001 certification.

Our offer includes the following steps:

• Conducting initial audit. The purpose of this stage is to verify existing documentation and the actual running processes. Audit results are converted in the form of a report which consists major guidelines in further implementation.
• Analysis of the mission, strategy and targets. During this stage, the quality policy is formed - a document that will identify the strategic objectives of the company and separated quality targets.
• Training for the Supervisor and the Board. For the efficient preparation and implementation of the system it is necessary to train people involved in the construction of the system.
• General training for employees. It is equally important for the proper preparation and operation of the quality management system in the future.
• Identification and review of all business proccesses in the company to create so-called map, which specifies the actions already implemented, their order and connections as well as supervisors of proccesses in the company.
• Development and verification of the quality management system documents (procedures, instructions, forms, quality book). Documents are developed by a consultant after observations and employees feedback analysis. After a possitive opinion of the Customer procedures are implemented.
• Training of internal quality auditors. The purpose of this stage is to train auditors - people who will be able to assess whether the system complies with the requirements of the ISO standard, if it functions properly and whether it is continuously improved.
• Implementation of procedures. This stage involves training in procedures, implementation of procedures with revision and adjustment during the implementation.
• Conducting internal audit of quality management system (pre certification). The purpose of this stage is to determine readiness for the quality management system certification.

The methodology adopted by our company is based on close cooperation of our consultants with the Customer. Documents are created on the basis of our observations and information obtained from staff responsible for the area of ​​the document described. Subsequently, these documents are transmitted to the common evaluation and discussion. After obtaining the approval of representatives of the client (management and / or employees), it is possible to start work on the implementation of the documents.

Implementation time and cost is evaluated individually after analyzing information concenring type of business operations and its needs and requirements.
