Our offer

First aid

According to the Article 2091 § 1 Section 2 of the Labour Code, each employer is obliged to appoint and train so called lifesavers to perfom firs aid. Therefore, we offer practical first aid trainings which will allow you to meet these legal requirements.
„First aid in case of emergency” training
  • Form of course: lecture and practical exercises.
  • Duration - 6 x 60 minutes.
  • We provide professional training equipment and qualified instructors.
  • Instructors arrive at the place of training.
  • Students receive training materials and certificate to prove their competence
We offer you comprehensive first aid training, aimed at improving lifesavers’ skills and preparing them to react effectively in case of any incident. The training consists of lectures, presentations, demonstrations and exercises. We use professional equipment: phantoms, training defibrillator (AED) and resque and emergency equipment by BOXMET, such as first aid kits, wound dressings, emergency stretchers, orthopedic collars, Kramer splints, etc.

The training program is focused primarily on practical first aid techniques, so each student is involved in emergency simulations as a witness ass well as a lifesaver.

The training lasts 6 clock hours, which includes at least 3 hours of practical exercises.

Main topics of first aid traning are:
  1. Assessment the scene of an accident
  2. Personal Protective Equipment and safety
  3. Initial assessment of the victim (ABC)
  4. Calling for help
  5. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
  6. Usage of AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
  7. Lateral recovery position
  8. Choking of an adult
  9. Bleeding
  10. Shock
  11. Spine injuries
  12. Basic first aid equioment
  13. Simulated accidents excercises
Depending on your needs the training programme can be modified.

Suggested topics to be included in the training:
  1. Securing the scene of an accident.
  2. Principles of evacuation of victims and „TRIAGE” segregation.
  3. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for children.
  4. Choking of infant and child.
  5. Electrocution, lighting electrical strike.
  6. Poisoning.
  7. Myocardial infarction.
  8. Syncope.
  9. Proceedings in case of an epilepsy attack.
  10. Burns and frostbite.
  11. First aid in extreme conditions (water, mountains, bad weather).
  12. Stroke (CVA).
  13. Proceedings in the case of road accident.
And many more topics, the training program is consulted individually with the Customer.

First aid trainings are conducted by certified instructors of the European Resuscitation Council and the Emergency First Response.
