SUPERVISION AND COUNSELLING

REGULAR COOPERATION

Within the "workplace safety supervision" we offer you execution of the tasks of Workplace Safety Inspectors in accordance with article 237¹¹ §2 Labor Code. The scope of tasks within this service is compliant with the Decree of Council of Ministers of 2nd September 1997 on workplace safety inspectors (Journal of Laws No. 109, item 704 of 18th September 1997 with further changes).
In accordance with these regulations we perform tasks of workplace safety inspectors at our Employers as the external service.
The service is always provided by educated and qualified specialists responsible for workplace safety and consists in the regular supervision in at our customers place.

Within this service we provide:

• preliminary and periodic workplace safety trainings
• comprehensive and problem control of workplace safety
• workplace safety audits
• periodic review of workplace safety
• assessment of professional risk
• development of general and job instructions
• counseling on law in relation to workplace safety
• participation in accident investigations
• keeping records of workplace safety required by law
• advice on the organization and working methods at workstations which includes dangerous and harmful to human health factors or difficult conditions as well as selecting appropriate measures of mass and individual protection,
• participation in the preparation of plans for modernization and development of the customer’s enterprise and making suggestions concerning technical and organization solutions to ensure greater workplace safety,
• participation in the evaluation of assumptions and documentation for the modernization of Clients business, or its part, as well as new investment, and submit their proposals to concern the requirements for safety and health in these assumptions,
• environmental researches
• preparation of tables of standards for workwear and personal protective equipment
• representation of the client in case of control of the inspection bodies such as: PIP and PIS
• other tasks resulting from the decree on the workplace safety

Within the service we cooperate with customers on the basis of contracts on cooperation. Offers are always prepared after analysis of the customer’s needs, his specificity, a territorial extensiveness. The scope of the contract is agreed with the customer.
Each company has its supervisor for workplace who is in touch with him. In case of bigger firms the Coordinator, who coordinates the work of the inspectors, is appointed
Our services are provided all over the country.
We invite to cooperation small, medium and large companies, which have their offices in one city, as well as those acting in several, a dozen or so and tens cities.

SINGLE ORDERS

We also execute services connected with workplace safety as single orders.

Within a single orders we execute:

• preliminary and periodic workplace safety trainings

Services are provided by specialists responsible for workplace safety in time-limits agreed with a customer. Clearance is on the basis of invoice issued after the service.

FIRE PROTECTION SUPERVISION AND COUNSELING

Within this service Specialists for fire precautions - fire brigade officers - will execute for you:

• instruction book on the fire-safety for the buildings in compliance with §6 of the decree of Ministry of Interior and Administration on fire protection of the buildings ( Journal of Laws 80 , item 563 from 2006)
• the fire review together with official records on the fire-safety
• trainings for employees on fire protection, including:
  - fire risks in the object
  - conditions and organizations of evacuation (including duties of the owner and managers)
  - reasons for setting and expansion of fire
  - activities and duties of employees in order to prevent, and in case of fire the procedure
  - usage and functions of fire-fighting equipment
  - presentation of films, photographs and presentation and instruction foils
• elaboration of internal regulations and instructions on fire protection
• presentation of conclusions concerning fire and technological risk in institutions to the employer
• counseling on methods and organization of the worksites, in scope of passive fire protection, explosion hazard, considering fire protection
• equipping the supervised objects with:
  - fire-fighting instructions
  - lists of emergency numbers
  - signs concerning evacuation
  - signs concerning fire protection
  - fire information boards
  - hand fire-fighting equipment
• inspection of the technical state of internal hydrants and authentication of fire-extinguishers and fire-fighting aggregates
• giving advice and opinion on all issues connected with the fire protection according to regulations valid in the Republic of Poland

Services in the field of fire protection we provide on the basis of single order or a contract.
It is possible to connect fire protection services with “workplace safety supervision”.
In the above mentioned case the services are provided on the basis of one contract.
We invite small, medium and large firms to cooperate in the field of fire protection. The companies which are located in one city, as and those acting in several, a dozen or so and tens cities.
