IMPLEMENTATION OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND PREPARATION TO THE ISO CERTIFICATE

Therefore, the slogan "With TBF is not only safe, but effectively" we want to meet the expectations of our customers, and we offer a comprehensive offer for a counseling and training service on the implementation of quality management systems and preparation of the company to obtain ISO 9001 certification.
The offer includes the following steps:
- Initial audit. The purpose of this stage is to examine the existing documentation and actual operating processes. The results of an audit are presented in the form of report which is the guideline for further implementation.
- Analysis of the mission, objectives and strategies. During this phase a quality policy - a document, which will define strategic business goals and selected goals connected with the quality, is created.
- Training for the Supervisor and the Management Board. In order to prepare and implement the system it is necessary to train people involved in the construction of the system.
- General training for the employees. Equally important for proper preparation and subsequent operation of a quality management system is a staff training.
- The review of the business, in order to identify the processes taking place in the company. The result of this stage is to create the so-called map, which sets out actions to be implemented in the company, considering the order of their execution, and links between them, as well as the designation of responsibility for the actions.
- Development and verification of documents of the quality management system (procedures, instructions, forms and quality control book). Documents are prepared by a consultant, who creates them on the basis of his own observation and information obtained from the staff responsible for the area described in the document. After receiving a favorable opinion of the Customer we implement the procedures.
- The internal auditors trainings. The purpose of this stage is to train the auditors – people, who will be able to assess whether the system is compliant with the requirements of the standard, whether it functions properly or it is improved.
- Implementation procedures. This phase involves training procedures, implementation procedures, audit and correction in the course of implementation.
- Conducting an internal audit of quality management system (pre-certification audit). The purpose of this stage is that the quality management system is ready for certification.
Methodology adopted by our company is based on close cooperation between clients and consultants. All documents are prepared by the consultants, who create them on the basis of their own observations and information obtained from the employees responsible for the area described in the document. Then, these documents shall be assessed and discussed. After approval by the Customer’s representative (management and / or employees) we can start work related to the implementation of the document.
The time for implementation and the cost are determined after the representatives of TBF company get to know the specificity of the company and its needs and requirements.
